I have 3 different ;-) We probably don't have the same brands in Europe & US :-) A very little one for Vicki whom is a strong swimmer :-) I use to swim the Chows in the beginning in 3 min and then 2 min break (3 min x 2 min x 3 times). I hold them in my arms when they take the break :-) Hope it was of help Hi Lisa
